ArrivalYour room will be ready for you by 03 pm, perhaps a little later on days when many guests are checking in or out. You can visit the Therme as soon as you arrive. Check-in for all houses is at the Hotel Therme reception desk. DeparturePlease check out by 12 noon. We would appreciate it if you could vacate your room by 11 am on Saturdays and Sundays. Your spa pass is valid until 12 noon. Mode of paymentWe accept ec-direct, post card and credit cards. Cancellation feesYou may cancel reservations free of charge up to 30 days prior to the date you are due to arrive. For cancellations between the 29th and 10th day prior to your scheduled arrival date we charge a fee of 50% of the price of the arrangements booked. For any cancellations occurring later, failures to show up, or late or early departures we will charge a fee of 80% of the price of the arrangements booked. Of course we will do our best to find someone else for your room, so that you will not incur fur ther costs, however, we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the booked arrangements if we are unable to find a replace ment. During the Christmas and New Year's holidays as well as in February special conditions for making and cancelling reservations apply. |
