All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Euro

The euro pricses listed in our brochure were calculated using an exchange rate of 1.50. We will calculate your bill using the current exchange rate of the day. When paying by credit card in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of the credit terminal provider shall be calculated. Any arising exchange rate differences will not be reimbursed.

Holidays 24th December 2010 to 9th January 2011

Holiday surcharge for rooms with breakfast and half-board in the Red restaurant and in the restaurant Chessi CHF 30.-
€ 20.- per person and night

Minimum stay: 4 nights

In February the minimum stay is also 4 nights, however there is no peak-season surcharge.

Meals supplements from two days in the same restaurant: 

Dinner Red restaurant, 6 course à la carte menu
You have the choice between 16 fresh dishes: CHF 67.- / € 45.-

for 1 day: according to day's menu
CHF 96.- up to 110.- / €  64.- up to €  74.-

Our creative buffets on Tuesdays and the Friday Galadinner are a renowned event.

Dinner restaurant Chessi, 4 course dinner: CHF 47.- / € 31.-
for 1 day: CHF 59.- / € 39.-

Room rates include:

Room with bath/WC, balcony, TV (only upon request in the Temporaries and Selva Stucco Rooms), radio, telephone, extensive breakfast buffet (including a selection of organic products) in the Restaurant Red Restaurant, entrance to the Therme bathing facilities, Valser mineral water, sauna, service and taxes. 

Short stays

We apply a surcharge of CHF 20.- / € 12.- per person for stays with room/breakfast of one night only.

Children

Children are admitted to the Therme bathing facilities from 5 years old.

Across the board New Year's Ball surcharge Red restaurant:

New Year's Eve surcharge restaurant Chessi:

EC-direct and credit cards accepted! You can also remit your holiday money to our account at the Graubündner Kantonalbank CK 164.552.800.  

Getting here

By rail with the SBB Swiss Federal Railways to Chur, change to the Rhätische Bahn as far as Ilanz and then by postal coach to Vals (20 km). Access by road via Chur - Flims - Ilanz. 

Arrival day

The rooms are ready for occupation from 3 p.m. On very busy changeover days it could be a little later. You can visit the Therme bathing facilities as soon as you arrive. 

Departure

Check out by 12 noon. On Saturdays and Sundays we are grateful if you vacate your room by 10 a.m.. Your Therme entrance ticket is valid until 12 noon.

Cancellation fees

You may cancel reservations free of charge up to 30 days prior to the date you are due to arrive. For cancellations between the 29th and 10th day prior to your scheduled arrival date we charge a fee of 50% of the price of the arrangements booked. For any cancellations occurring later, failures to show up, or late or early departures we will charge a fee of 80% of the price of the arrangements booked. Of course we will do our best to find someone else for your room, so that you will not incur further costs, however, we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the booked arrangements if we are unable to find a replacement. During the Christmas and New Year's holidays as well as in February special conditions for making and cancelling reservations apply.
