Price
All prices per person with admission to the Therme in CHF/EUR, VAT included.
Euro
The euro prices listed in our brochure were calculated using an exchange rate of 1.50. We will calculate your bill using the current exchange rate of the day. When paying by credit card in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of the credit terminal provider shall be calculated. Any arising exchange rate differences will not be reimbursed.
Cancellation fees
You may cancel reservations free of charge up to 30 days prior to your date of arrival. For cancellations between the 29th and 10th day prior to your scheduled arrival date, we charge a fee of 50% of the price of the arrangements booked. For any cancellations occuring later, failures to show up, or late or early departures we will charge a fee of 80% of the price of the arrangements booked. Of course we will do our best to resell your booked room, so that you will not incur further costs. However, we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the booked arrangements in case of non rebooking the room. - During the Christmas and New Year's holidays as well as in February special reservation and cancellation conditions apply.
