Peter Zumthors' design and decor has bestowed elegance to our Red Restaurant. Lately a new section has been added and again every section has been added and again every detail has been meticulously planned by the master himself.
Eating at the Red Restaurant allows to experience beautiful architecture and fine culinary art in a sensual fusion.

15 GaultMillau points were awarded for the second, consecutive time to our Chefs de Cuisine who are renowned for his market-fresh, creative cuisine. Exquisitely prepared, elaborate compositions with the best regional produce. Everything is prepared freshly and with attention to detail in our kitchen: from our pralines, fruit-bread specialties to ice-cream. A lovely treat!

Every evening we offer a six-course menu that can be varied with one of our freshly prepared à la carte dishes or adapted to your preference.
On Tuesdays enjoy our additional cheese- or dessert buffet and Fridays feature our Gala-Menu.

Restaurant Chessi

The Chessi team spoil you with a four-course meal of the day that also comes in a vegetarian version. Or browse the menu, and you will find pasta dishes, polenta, pizokel, and other local specialties, as well as ice-cream, cakes, and excellent coffee. And if you would like help choosing the right wine, the staff will be happy to help.
Open daily 12 noon–12 midnight
Hot meals served 12 noon–02 pm and 06 pm–10:30 pm
